Assessment of concrete mixing plant's environmental impact

With the rapid development of Chinese urbanization process and the increase of infrastructure construction, concrete market will continue to expand and the construction of new concrete mixing plant will be more and more. Because the concrete mixing plant is created on the basis of reducing the noise and dust pollution caused by mixing concrete in the construction site, the construction of a lot of concrete mixing plants has not carried on the evaluation of environmental impact or only carried on the simple evaluation. And the analysis of a lot of concrete mixing plants’ environmental impact is not thorough enough so as to trigger a series of environmental disputes.
The overview of evaluation:
The main points of the assessment of concrete mixing plant’s environmental impact: the feasibility of construction project, the engineering analysis of the construction project, the analysis of main environmental impact and the setting of environmental protective distance and so on.
1. The feasibility of the construction project mainly analyze from these four aspects that are the industrial policy, the conformity of the local environmental protection policy, the rationality of the location and the rationality of the layout.
2. The engineering analysis of the construction project: to analyze the pollution in the process of project production and to determine the waste gas, waste water, noise and solid waste pollution sources,which lay a foundation for the analysis of environmental impact.
3. The analysis of main environmental impact: based on the engineering analysis, it can analyze the influence of waste gas, waste water, noise and solid waste to the environment, and the influence of the proposed project on the atmospheric environment, surface water environment, acoustic environment and social environment is the key point of the .environmental impact assessment.
4. The setting of environmental protective distance: according to the forecast analysis, the distance of the atmospheric environment protection and the noise protection of the construction project can be determined so that it can synthetically assess the environmental protective distance of the construction project.
