An introduction to HZS25 type concrete mixing plant

HZS25 engineering concrete mixing plant is the most small mixing plant equipment in the mixing plant series of our company, which is a complete set of automatic concrete equipment composed of feeding, batching, mixing, electrical control and steel structure component. HZS25 type concrete mixing plant is suitable for small-scale construction, precast factory and the commercial concrete mixing plant.
HZS25 engineering concrete mixing plant can be equipped with single mixing host or the conjoined mixing host. Two mixers can guarantee the entire concrete construction production schedule, when one of them has a failure.
The main features of HZS25 type engineering concrete mixing plant are as follows:
1. The combined structure, modular units are convenient for installation and removal;
2. The  mixing host and aggregate lifting  all adopt JS500 type double axle forced type concrete mixer with good mixing quality and high efficiency;
3. The aggregate batching measured by PLD800 type batching machine with accurate measurement and high production efficiency.
4. The powder is measured by electronic scale with high precision.
5. The electric control system adopts the imported components with reliable performance, which can have the manual / automatic control, and the operation is convenient.
